Not Sure Where the Screws Go? We'll Work It Out For You
You just give us your measurements. We produce scaled drawings of your base, calculate the exact screw positions, and mark everything out on site before we start — so you know every screw is going to line up perfectly with your subframe.
Screw spacing isn't one-size-fits-all. The right layout depends on what your base frame is made from. A SIPs panel base needs different spacing to a 4"×2" or 6"×2" timber frame, and getting it wrong means your frame won't land on the flanges properly.
We factor in your frame type, base dimensions and any structural requirements — then mark out the positions on the day so installation runs smoothly from the start.

We only supply screws that meet UK and European structural standards, and every installation follows the same process regardless of job size.
EN1090-2 Structural Steel
All screws comply with EN1090-2, the UK/European standard for steel structural components. It governs the material properties and manufacturing tolerances that make a ground screw genuinely load-bearing.
EN ISO 1461 Hot-Dip Galvanizing
Every screw is hot-dip galvanised to EN ISO 1461 — the same coating standard used in civil engineering. A minimum 85µm zinc layer designed for decades of service in UK ground conditions.
Radar Scanning on Every Job
We scan for underground services before installation on every job. If an obstruction prevents a screw being sunk to depth, there's no charge for that position — no negotiation needed.
